Abnormal Situation Diagnosis:

1. Why can't I turn on the phone after connecting the cable?

a. Check the status of LED1, LED2, and LED3. If LED3 is flashing and all others are off, it means the game board is being initialized. When using VGA mode, make sure that 2 of SW3 are set to ON. When using CGA mode, set 2 of SW3 to OFF.

b. If LED1, LED2, and LED3 are not on, check if the voltage of 12V and 5V is normal. PIN3 and PIN4 of JAMMA should have 5V voltage, and PIN6 should have 12V voltage.

c. Check if the JAMMA connector is plugged in the wrong way.

d. Check if the JAMMA plug is clean.

1. Why can't I save the settings?

a. Check if the 12V input is lower or higher than 12V.

b. Check if the 5V input is lower or higher than 5V.

c. Verify if you have modified the settings without pressing the start key to save. Press the start button to save successfully, and the screen will display "(setup OK)".

b. Check if the U35 power amplifier chip is overheated.
